CURRENT ACADEMIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Teaching & Mentoring: Actively involved in teaching Biochemistry to 1st year MBBS undergraduate students and MD postgraduates, demonstrating adeptness with the CBME curriculum. Serve as a Teacher Guardian, providing mentorship and professional development to students as a role model, teacher, and counselor.
  • Curriculum & Accreditation: Member of the Preclinical Board of Studies (BOS) and the NMC Peer Team. Spearhead departmental initiatives as Criterion V, Library & Museum Incharge, contributing to academic quality and infrastructure.
  • Research & Development: Conduct research work and am actively involved in guiding students. Serve as a Research and Development Core Committee member and a University Research Advisory Board member.
  • Event Coordination: Organize various academic and professional events, including webinars, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, Foundation Courses, and White Coat Ceremonies, National and international conferences and Quiz competition
