Department of Radio-diagnosis caters to the need of the R.L.Jalappa hospital round the clock. The department offers Post-graduate degree courses. Department also offers BSc course in imaging Technology under SDUAHER, Department is well equipped with all the modalities including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI and Mammography.
All the faculty and residents are actively involved in academic activities, attend State/National conferences and CME programmes. Faculty and residents are involved in research publications in various national and international journals. The department exploring the possibilities of starting PhD programme.
The department is having museum containing worked up and interesting cases of various system. Seminar room is equipped with audiovisual units. Departmental library consists of text books and reference books.
